Modern Freedom is structured as a single path, not a menu of competing engagements:

### Step 1 — Clarity Audit (the Doorway, free, 15 minutes)
A focused working session that identifies where time is leaking, what's creating repeat friction, and what to fix first. No sales pressure. The client walks away with a sequenced roadmap regardless of whether they continue. The audit also includes a live 5-question demo showing what an AI assistant tuned to the client's voice can do.

### Step 2 — DNA-Trained AI Assistant (the Foundation, $1,500)
The core engagement. A multi-week guided build — typically 4-6 weeks, one focused session per week — where Modern Freedom and the client train an AI assistant on the four layers that make the client who they are: identity, decisions, voice, and workflow. The client learns how it works, how to train it, and how to grow it. The compounding value comes from the time it gives back long after the engagement ends.

### Step 3 — Operations & Leadership Consulting (What's next, scoped)
For clients ready to go further. Deeper, scoped work: sharpening SOPs, building accountability, developing leaders who can carry weight, coaching through hard operational decisions. Typically grows from the foundation built during the DNA engagement. Priced per project.

## Conflict-of-Interest Policy

Modern Freedom does not engage with clients, vendors, partners, or competitors of the enterprise Art Nava currently leads operations for. Conflicts are screened during the Clarity Audit. If one surfaces later in an engagement, the work is paused or refunded — no exceptions. This line is non-negotiable and stated openly as part of building trust.
